A big congratulations to whoever trains up your customer service staff. I was at Home Base Subiaco on Tuesday looking for some inspiration as I'm remodelling my home and came across your showroom. The sales lady, a mature and elegant woman who would look perfect behind the Chanel counter attended me. I was wonderfully surprised at her friendliness, her professionalism and her astute ability to draw out my own personality and paint a picture of my home with your products. I saw my house in a different light because she took the time to talk to me and discover how I lived, entertained etc etc and steered me into directions I would normally pass by. She was exceptional and thoroughly engaged with me even though I'm not ready to purchase, I'll be going back to just that shop. Helen (I hope I've got it right!)
